- Skin bruises can be treated with blends of Costus Root Oil. The essential oil is conveniently diluted in Olive Oil for ease of use. Apply the blended oil on the body for wounds to heal at a faster rate.

- For relief from body pain and aches, mix 1 teaspoon of the oil in bath tub containing water. Immerse the body in the mixture for couple of minutes to enjoy the benefits imparted by the oil for alleviation of the discomforting sensations.

 

How to use Indian Costus Oil :

Indian Costus Oil is drunk and used in different ways depending on the need. If it is to be used for an inflammation in the respiratory tract, one dessert spoon should be consumed during the day for 15 days.

For intestinal and stomach problems, 1 tablespoon of Indian Costus Oil structure can be drunk twice a day. Continue this practice for 10 days.

In cases such as lung problems, asthma, sexual reluctance, urinary problems, menstrual irregularity, you can drink it with honey twice a day for 10 days. Indian Costus Oil also provides healing in oral wounds. By using it twice a day, it provides healing of inflammation and wounds and prevents bad breath.
