No cause can be found in the patients. These are called unexplained infertility. Infertility is a condition that affects approximately 1% of the population.

The transition from unicellular zygote to multicellular organism in human development is an enormously programmed sequence of events. Disruption of this process causes infertility.

The specialist dealing with infertility should spare enough time to help the infertile couple. The first expectation of the couple is what the problem is, who it belongs to and how it will be overcome afterwards.

Management in Infertile Couples:

               -Information about

infertility -Diagnosis of infertility, consideration of treatment and their results -Informing the

family about other treatment options (such as donation)

-Informing the couples about the stages and their duration and cost

The doctor should prepare the couple well for the process and ensure that they receive psychological support when necessary.

“Infertility is the common problem of the couple. Success comes sooner when problems are shared”.
